The installation by Perth artist Bennett Miller was part of the New Wave  Festival and features 47 dachshunds — representing a “national  delegate” — taking part in a meeting of the United Nations’ Commission  on Human Rights. The piece, Miller says, examines the role of the United  Nations as a risk management organisation.
We believe him. But really, we just love looking at dachsunds…
